03 Tips to stay productive during this QUARANTINE






Hey guys, I hope you are doing well

After a poll that I did on Instagram, most of y’all suggested that I start writing my articles in English, so HERE WE GO!

First English article ha-ha! Hope y’all enjoy it.

As you all know, the entire world is going through a crisis and most of us have found ourselves working from home, or just staying home and this is called: “QUARANTINE”


First, quarantine mean.


What does a state, period, or place of isolation in which people or animals that have arrived from elsewhere or been exposed to infectious or contagious disease are placed.

So it is self-isolation (in a way) while we practice our daily tasks.


However, since we are staying at home all day, most of us are not used to it, so how to stay sane and productive while quarantining?


Here are my 03 tips to stay productive and motivated even if you are stuck at home


PLAN YOUR DAY AHEAD


Planning is a big part of a person’s mindset! Even if you are staying at home, plan your day, plan the activities you are going to do, wither it is board games with your siblings, or cooking a meal with your mother or a watching a movie with your partner or by yourself.



Planning helps you to come up with new ideas to spend your day-to-day life during this quarantine.



FACE TIME YOUR FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES


Nothing lifts a mood better than an hour long chat with your close friends, so don’t forget to schedule calls, video calls on messenger or viber or whatsup or phone calls, it will boost your mood and help you maintain a sane state of mind ha-ha !



SHOWER / DRESS UP


I know I know! With this kind of situation, we cannot help but stay snuggled in our cozy pajamas under the blanket binge watching YouTube videos and Netflix, but come on… do an effort!


When you feel extremely lazy take a shower, dress up a bit, with another pajamas or maybe jeans and a shirt, if you’re a girl put on some makeup, comb that heir and make yourself a snack and sit on that desk and turn on your computer and START LEARNING THAT COURSE !!! MOVE YOUR ASSES YOO!



GET OUT OF THAT BEDROOM


Our brains are programmed to feel sleepy and cozy and layz when we are in the bedroom so try to change the room a bit, take your PC to the living room or the balcony and start working there, you will see how better it is instead of working in bed.
