Hey guys; I hope y'all are doing well !
So I know it's a bit hard to stay motivated in these hard times, and this pandemic; but a GOOD MORNING ROUTINE can set your day for SUCCESS and that is a FACT!
I'm sure you've googled before morning routines and you tried to follow your favorite youtuber's morning routine, but it didn't stick ! and I know why . .
You didn't have to follow or adopt their routines to have a productive day! you just needed to reate your OWN; a routine that would have made you feel BETTER about yourself, that is the ONLY ROUTINE that will help you start your day productively; and today I am going to share with you, the important elemnts of the best morning routine during this pandemic.
01 Wake up an hour before everyone else;
If your familly members wake up at 7 am wake up at 6am; i they wake up at 10 am wake up at 9am; that extra hour is your special hour; it's your " ME TIME " ! and you should take advantage of it as much as you can!
02 Don't make big decisions when you wake up :
Your brain and body are on AUTOPILOTE and you do not want to disturb them; wait 45min to make big decisions, like " what will you have for breakfast today " or " what will you wear " or " where will you go ? "
03 Start your morning with A BIG GLASS OF LEMON WATER !
It's been a habit that I implimented 3 years ago; and let me tell you . . . I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE !
Lemon water is so good to your body, diegestion and weightloss and it will do you wonders!
04 Clean room for a clear mind :
Life is as simple as you want to be; if you want a clear mind, make your bed and open the windows ( if it's not cold or rainy outside ) . .
Declutter your desk and put some calm music or ambiance ASMR and believe me . . You will have the GREATEST MOOD ever !!
05 Stretch and meditate :
This means a 10min meditation video, and 10 YOGA or stretch exercices video; it will wake you up even more !
06 Healthy breakfast :
You don't have to eat a fancy breakfast to be productive; just eat something that will fuel you to tackle your morning tasks and keep you full !
You can have a boiled or scrambeled egg with 02 tomato slices and one piece of cheese, some bread and a cup of black coffee or herbal tea; you can also have a croissant or bread and jam with coffee and milk ( latte ); do as you please, as long as it is not junk food early in the morning.
