Hey guys, I hope y’all doing well; not so tired with studies and such ..
Hum. Where do I even start.. goals, mindset planning, motivation.. these are the key wors that have been introduced to the Algerian community these past 02 years.. and people didn not hesitate for 01 minute to take advantage of it to start a blog about it or a youtube channel or Instagram account dedicated to motivation etc etc ..
But do we really know the real thing behind all this chananagans ??
DO WE REALLY ???????
What is a goal? What is a mindset ? what is what ?? haha
It seems to me that people are aimlessly buying books and consuming content about this kind of stuff without even knowing what is the purpose of having goal, what is a mindset, and how does it all work ?
Well today, I wanna empty my chest ! I want to talk to you guys about goals, and NO I did not do a research about it, I’m simply pouring my heart out to you in order to explain it from my point of view.
First of all; I already explained what a mindset is .. it is an established state set of attitudes held by someone
So having a mindset is not something that we are born with .. it is something we develop throughout the years of our daily routines, struggles and habits.. and a mindset is what define us as human beings, that’s why people refer to some as , “ successful mindset “ and “ weak or failure mindset” because those with a good optimistic healthy mindset succeed, and those who are clouded with judgements and unhealthy mindset end up six feet underground and unsuccessful on so many ways and levels..
What is a good mindset ?? a question you should ask yourself before reading any book or consuming any type of content about this subject ..
THE BIGGEST BATTLE YOU FIGHT IS GETTING YOUR MIND RIGHT!
CONTROL YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND
Basically what rules your day is the subconscious mind which is never asleep. Most of the energy which may be positive or negative is generated through your subconscious mind.
For an ideal mindset see that you always control your subconscious mind rather than the same controlling you which will eventually control your day. It all depends on what you think, what you impart and what you express and its a two way process which can surely be controlled.
REALISTIC APPROACH
People are often confused between positive or negative thoughts. Which according to my paradigm is slightly a vague concept. Learn to find the reality between both of them and that would surely lead to the right path which would serve you with a clear analysis of the situation you are in and the solutions you need to apply.
LEARN TO ENJOY YOUR OWN COMPANY
Your soul is enough for you. In this world there is nobody other than you who knows youself better. You are the key to happiness. Greatest success you can ever acheive is happiness then why to let others provide you the same? most of the conversations you will have is with your own mind so make sure it’s a happy place for you.
A D A P T I V E M I N D S E T
There may be situations where the external environment you are prevailing in would be unfavourable or hard to survive through. In such times it’s essential to be adaptive and change to the extent possible instead of cursing or complaining the same which will be anyways toxic to your mental health.
Would surely like to quote- God grant me the serenity to accept the things that I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
L E A R N I N G M I N D S E T
The person you are is defined by the books you read, the movies you watch and the people you interact with so its very important that you make the right choice. Your lifestyle is dependent on the three factors mentioned and at the same time are the greatest influences that you come across daily. Constant learning from such factors can surely help in forming a healthy mindset and leading to growth in life.
What about goals now . how can one set a goal and what is a goal!
The goal is the end result or achievement in which effort is directed, is a goal.
Well, this is how the dictionary defines a goal. The truth, however, is that a goal is the first step in making your dreams a reality.
And why is it important to set goals ? and read all about it ?
Hey! I am trying to make you think outside the box for a bit.. so bare with me here! Goal setting should be a serious thoughtful process, while being fun and such ..
Don’t take setting goals for graunted; because if you don’t draw the path you want to take or walk on, you will end up lost .. you need to set directions to where your going and also a destination, so the goal is your final destination and you must work your way through it to reach it and or achieve it.
